All those who apply for Lifeline service must first be qualified in the
Lifeline National Eligibility Verifier.
The National Verifier is a system managed by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC)
that determines eligibility for a Lifeline phone service applicant.
Every Lifeline applicant in Georgia MUST first be qualified through the National Verifier before completing
an application with a lifeline service provider. When you apply for Lifeline supported service with any carrier, the
Lifeline National Verifier will be checked to confirm you are qualified for the Lifeline benefit. If you are not found in the
National Verifier database, you will be presented with a message informing you to go to the
National Verifier and qualify before you
can proceed with your Lifeline supported Phone Service application.
When registering in the Lifeline National Verifier database, enter your name the same way it appears on your Identification
(state ID or Drivers License). Also, you will need to use the same address when registering in the National Verifier that you will provide
on your Lifeline Service application.
Entering your full name as it appears on your ID will insure that your application does not fail for identity issues.
If your ID shows a full middle name, enter your full middle name. If your ID uses your middle initial, enter your middle initial on
your Lifeline application.
Georgia residents will receive a free modern mobile handset and 350 anytime minutes per month. Each month your minutes will
automatically be refreshed. If you need more minutes, you can purchase them at low, low rates either on-line or at your
local convenient store.
Your lifeline government assisted service will allow you to receive and send text messages, get voice mail,
and make local and long distance calls.
You won't receive a bill because the service is FREE! There is no credit check, no deposit, and no contract.
You can cancel at any time.
The Lifeline program in Georgia provides a discount on your monthly telecommunications bill - either landline or
wireless service. When you order service through us, we apply that discount toward your monthly cellular minutes
which allows us to give you 350 anytime minutes each month.
You can apply for our service by clicking the order button above. However, if you currently receive lifeline
benefits through another provider for either home phone or mobile phone, you are not qualified to receive the
discount through us. Only one Lifeline benefit is allowed per household.
Just complete the simple on-line application form, then provide us with your proof of participation in Food Stamps
(SNAP), Supplemental Security Income, or one of the other benefit programs you are enrolled in, and a picture of your
drivers license of state ID, and we'll send you your mobile handset on a gov't phone plan right away.
You'll receive your phone in about 7 business days.
